These sessions will be a personalized combination of the following:

• Focused on sensual/fluid movement (dance) combined with core strengthening and strategic pelvic toning sessions on Zoom. Increase dance skills, confidence, strengthen the pelvic floor, connect to your highest self, and heal past traumas through this activation.

• Dialogue and educational sessions on self-care practices focusing on womb health and the menstrual cycle, herbalism, ritual practices, and food as medicine to incorporate into everyday life to support your highest self and connection to your DIVINE.
